Final Program Schedule

Happy Navratri!!

We appreciate your timely contribution towards the event. As mentioned in our previous email, please note below the Program Schedule and other relevant information:

Program Schedule (12 October 2013, Saturday):

15:30  : Arrival at the venue

16:00  : Aarti

16:30  : Garba Dance

19:00  : Aarti

19:30  : Dinner

21:00  : Departure

Light snacks like cold drinks/juice, biscuits and chips will be served during break.

For dinner we have Pav Bhaji and Pulav (Courtesy: Mr Mukeshbhai Patel, Taj Mahal Restaurant, Manosque). 

Those who wish to bring Prasad and Aarti may kindly contact Mr Motibhai Makwana (0486902013/0665018143) and/or Mr Mahesh Kushwah (0486566391/0667537983) for co-ordination.

Since, Garba Dance and Aarti will be performed (weather permitting) in outdoor, participants (esp. from Manosque) are requested to bring Mat/Rug (Chattai) as many as possible, for sitting purpose, as there are limitation of chairs.

We would also like to inform you that the Deputy Mayor of Manosque, Mr Jacques BRES has kindly accepted our invitation to attend the event.
